  Last night I looked up a skirt online, which showed that there was only one available within 50 miles of myself, at Bristol's Longwell Green store. This morning I phoned the store and told the lady the skirts product number. She then proceeded to tell me it was in the shops stock room & she "couldn't go and find it"... I asked why as there was only one showing online and she said it would "take her ages", so she "wouldn't go". I said when would she find it, and she said "it might come out in the sale, not sure" however even if it was found, she couldn't hold it for me or send it down to my local store in Yeovil, Somerset. I use my local store all the time, but I am absolutely appalled by the horrendous customer service I received this morning by your member of staff. She was unwilling to help from the moment I phoned. After ending the call with her, I phoned up the RI Customer Care number and spoke to a lovely woman, who told me all the information I needed to know, however I still haven't bought the skirt, mainly through principal. I just want to make it clear how unimpressed I am with the rude woman I spoke to earlier, a representative of your store. For your records I phoned at 10:07 on Thursday 6th October 2016.
